These terms apply to www.chipchain.com and www.chipchain.net (the “sites”), in every language. By using the sites you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the sites.
These terms describe how the sites may be used. They are not a contract for products or services; Chipchain supplies products and services only under a separately signed agreement.
If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement prevails over these terms on anything it covers.

These sites are run by Chipchain, a company registered in Shenzhen.
In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Chipchain.

The sites give general information about Chipchain and its work. We work to keep it accurate, but it may be incomplete or out of date, and we may change or remove it at any time without notice.
Nothing on these sites is an offer to supply, manufacture or export goods.
Descriptions of services, processes, capabilities and plans are for information. They are not specifications, warranties or commitments, and a statement about a plan or a target is an aim, not a promise.
Quotes, prices and commitments bind us only in a signed agreement.

A request sent through a form or by email is not an order, and a reply from us is not an acceptance. We do not promise to answer every message or to answer by a particular time.
Please do not send confidential information, or anything you have no right to share, through a form or by email before a non-disclosure agreement is signed. Until one is signed, we cannot treat what you send as confidential.

Intellectual property
The text and drawings on the sites belong to Chipchain unless marked otherwise. Other material on the sites belongs to its owners.
You may quote short passages with attribution. The logos may be used only as the press kit describes. Any other use needs our written permission.
A mention of another company, process or product identifies it. It does not imply a partnership, an endorsement or a licence.
Links to other sites
Links to other sites are given for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
No warranty

These terms are published in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. Where a version differs from the English, the English version prevails, as far as the law allows.
