Design services

Four ways to work with us.

Start from a specification, a netlist, a signed-off layout or a chip already in production. From the hand-off onward, Chipchain owns every stage.

The bar shows the stages Chipchain owns in each model.

Questions about engagement models

Can a project change models?

Yes. A project can start as netlist-in and move to production transfer once the design is done; the contract sets out each hand-off.

What do you need for a quote?

For spec-in, the requirements, volumes and schedule. For netlist-in or GDS-in, the data and its sign-off reports. For a production transfer, the test programs, package drawings and yields so far.

What happens at a hand-off?

We review the data you hand over against an agreed checklist before taking ownership of the next stage.

Not sure which model fits?

Describe the project and we will suggest one.
